Systems Administrator I

The Managed Services System Administrator I should have the proven ability to work either independently or in a team to achieve results. Should have the ability to quickly analyze problems and to work cooperatively with clients and other Jenzabar associates to determine the problem, verify potential solutions, and to solve the problem in a professional, courteous, and accurate manner with enough level of ongoing communication and follow-up. The System Administrator will work with Jenzabar’s Managed Services, Tech Consulting, PD, and Support teams to manage systems/servers/databases for CX, JX, JICS, J1, and other Jenzabar solutions. In this position, the System Administrator will be able to blend their analytical, technical, and communications skills to provide responsive and accurate solutions to Managed Services Customers.
