Marketing Automation Specialist

Jenzabar is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to use and expand best-in-class marketing automation skills leveraging Hubspot and Salesforce. You’ll improve marketing automation administration, programming, and execution for our data-driven marketing initiatives and programs. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver program goals and assist in designing, executing and reporting on client acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.

  • Assist in managing the email and campaign request process and execute our marketing campaigns using Hubspot platform
  • Report on emails and overall campaigns: provide team with insights on key metrics, analysis, and interpretation of trends from data
  • Create and manage landing pages, program templates, forms and emails (including archiving and organzing)
  • Assist in managing list import requests and improve processes to ensure data flows properly into the Hubspot and Salesforce systems
  • Maintain accuracy/integrity of contact data
  • Documentation of processes and integrations
  • Troubleshoot Hubspot issues
  • Initiate data remediation and data clean-up tasks
  • Assist with Hubspot deliverability and sync optimization projects
  • Drive alignment, adoption, and change management with presentations, training and status updates
  • Support webinar activities
  • Provide marketing research support by reporting industry and competitor marketing trends to the team
  • Technology Improvements:

  • Develop deep understanding of the lifecycle model and its impact on the sales operations side
  • Develop high-level understanding of the systems within the marketing technology stack
  • Assist with Social Media management
  • Assist with blogging programs and content calendar
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + at least 2 years’ experience in Marketing field
  • Extensive experience with Marketing Automation System is a must, specifically Hubspot
  • WebEx/GoToWebinar and Webinar host experience
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook proficient
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks to complete projects on deadline
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail
