POSITION SUMMARY

The Support Call Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. The associate will use his/her technical expertise in resolving client problems and communicate the appropriate resolution to the client. Service should be provided in an accurate, timely and professional manner.


ESSENTIAL TASKS

The successful candidate will be part of the support team for Jenzabar’s Support Service. The Support Call Coordinator will provide support for Jenzabar clients relating to various software applications, thoroughly documenting each request for service in our call tracking system. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for other administrative task including such thinks as data entry of client certifications and any requirements by the Manager of Support.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Enter issues in call tracking system from first contact with end user including responsibility for call ownership.
  • Maintain Security Awareness by protecting an organization’s confidential information.
  • (This position does not require remote machine access).

  • Advise the Team Leader/Management, Client Services of sensitive Client situations
  • Update information from incoming calls. Add necessary information that the Client feels important or critical to the support call.
  • Attend and participate in Team meetings
  • Update Clientele as necessary.
  • Make recommendations to address problems, improve service, suggest FAQ’s and provide improved support
  • Maintain and update Trip reports reported. (Update certifications of Client’s individual records in clientele).
  • Assist in special projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent administrative skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills including a high degree of patience
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must enjoy working with users and have the desire to provide superior customer service
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and have a good sense of judgement
  • Must enjoy working as part of a team
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and MS Exchange/Outlook
